Title: Rice Meatballs

1cMinute Rice
1lbGround beef
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2tsGrated onion
2tsSalt
1/8tsMarjoram
  Dash of pepper
2 1/2cTomato juice
1/2tsSugar

Combine rice with beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, 1/2 c tomato juice. Mix. Shape into 18 balls and put in a skillet. Add sugar to remaining 2 cups of tomato juice. Pour juice over meatballs in the skillet. Brin mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. Randy Rigg
